The service is really good to an extent. There is a young asian man that was helping me while his coworkers were dozing off. I believe he said his name was Justin. He handled my food to the best of his abilities. Good experience

First time coming to this location and I'm disappointed I couldn't give it a better review. The food was tasty and consistent to other locations. The staff were helpful and pleasant, although I wouldn't say friendly. The patio area has cute little sofas and lights. It's definitely a vibe but it is FILTHY! Sticky, dusty, and grime-y. The table are not clean. The drink and napkin area are visibly filthy like "I might get a disease" nasty. I should have known because from the other end of the parking lot you can see how filthy the windows are. If they had professionals clean the windows and educated their staff on clean restaurant standards I would definitely have left 5 stars.

Door dashed Pieology and it hits every time! My partner and I both created our own pizzas. Both was tasty but they burnt the crust this time which was a bit disappointing. They added just the right amount of cheese, and it wasn't overwhelmingly cheesy! I love that they have a gluten free crust option! Would def recommend !

I have been to this Pieology three times since Christmas due to getting gift cards. The first two times were great. The first time, I ordered a hand stretched crust with 3-cheese alfredo sauce, spinach, mushrooms, and pepperoni and it was delicious. The second time, I ordered the same pizza but with stuffed crust and it too was delicious. I also got a salad with it, which was free due to the rewards program they have, and it was good as well. Tonight, though, the great streak ended. I ordered the same pizza as the second visit: stuffed crust with 3-cheese alfredo, spinach, mushrooms, pepperoni, and a ranch after bake. I got a free cookie with it and when the employee went to get it, a chunk broke off but he proceeded to give me the broken cookie minus the chunk that had fallen off. Then, I made the mistake of not looking at my pizza before getting home and when I did, I was shocked. Everything was wrong. Only two slices of pizza had any cheese on it at all, there was no 3-cheese Alfredo sauce (just a bit of red sauce), the crust was not stuffed, the mushrooms were barely cooked, and there was no ranch. It was already after 8:00 pm and I was tired so I accepted it and ate it, but was sorely disappointed, and of course the order had used the last of my gift card. So, I'd be willing to give this restaurant another chance but I just don't understand how they could get an order so very wrong. They do have a great points/rewards system that gets you a lot of perks but maybe employees could use some extra training. Yes, I double checked my order to make sure it hadn't been my fault.

Out of all the Pieology locations I've been to, this one is the best by far. I find myself coming back often and a big part of that is due to the stellar service. The mobile orders are always on time, I never find it understaffed or overbearingly busy. The staff is never in a bad mood and is always doing what they can to give you a pleasant experience. Matt is always on top of it and provides great service consistently, Ruben and Dallas are also quick and efficient, and I haven't had a pizza that I didn't love yet. I will always come back to this location as no other place compares.

First time buying at pieology.Pizza is what I expected.I ordered 30 wings 15bone in and 15 boneless1) I got all boneless2) were burnt3) I did not get all the 30 unless you count those 1cm by 1cm pieces4) most of them flour instead of chickenI spend 70 bucks for no reason. 30 wings looked more like 15 only. I counted them and wasn't 30 including those tiny flour popcorn pieces. Very very disappointed.

Today me and my mom went to Pieology and they burnt our pizza so bad it burnt our mouths too. Never going there again pls tell them not to overcook your pizza. Little Caesars is better then this pizza.

I just discovered Pieology, and I like it so much that I’ve eaten there three times in a week. I don’t tolerate milk products well, so I was happy to find out that they offer vegan cheese as an alternative. I was able to enjoy pizza for the first time in years, and it was mighty tasty.
