I get my coffee at Starbucks drive thru everyday. Today I chose a different location and decided to sit inside the restaurant. This location is great! The barista brought my drink and oatmeal to my table! They are so nice here. There were people playing board games and working on their laptops. The seating area has high ceilings and is very open and nicer than the other Starbucks in Elk Grove. Great experience. I will be back!
I've had nothing but a positive experience every time I do go to this location. I went inside this morning for the first time, I normally just go through the drive-through. The young man that had helped was friendly and professional. When I purchased the incorrect item for my grandson, I ask him I could please get another one. As I waiting for said item he ask if there was anything else I needed, I said that I needed to pay for it. He said no that it was ok I didn't have to pay....read full review

Came here to get a Matcha and a pup cup for my dog after her surgery. Saram helped us. She was sweet, efficient, friendly, and had great customer service. She acknowledged my dog when handing over the pup cup. First Starbucks employee ever to acknowledge my dog. I'd go to Starbucks all of the time with my dogs if the Starbucks by my house had employees like Saram! Thank you for your great customer service and I will be back when I'm in that area next! :)
