Tea 18 Genuine Tea Stores offers a variety of drinks, including the popular pudding milk tea. Some customers enjoy the fresh fries and delicious drinks, like the passionfruit green tea with lychee jelly. However, there have been complaints about the frequent unavailability of boba, which left some customers disappointed. The popcorn chicken was tasty but slightly salty for some tastes. The establishment has a self-service kiosk and clean seating areas, providing a standard boba shop experience.
