The Pannikin is a great place with a great selection of tea. I don't drink coffee but my friends love it. The pastries, cakes, and pies are all made daily and I love the vibe. There's outdoor seating as well as indoor, there's outdoor seating on the balcony and benches out in the sunlight. Quality product with a quality setting.I've been getting the key lime pie recently and I like how it's not too sweet. It pairs well with a chai latte.

Great atmosphere, very good cakes. Good also for lunch. Coffee is ok. We like to hang out there, sit outside, see the trains and the bicycles. One of the favorite spots on the CA-101.

This is a wonderful spot to enjoy a coffee, indulge in some delicious food, and soak up the inviting atmosphere, or simply watch the world go by. Parking might be a bit tight, but aside from that, it's a fantastic location. We had brunch here, and the breakfast burritos with tomato salsa were excellent—just the right size, with a perfect balance of ingredients. The caprese sandwich was generously sized and incredibly tasty as well. Weekday mornings can get quite busy here, so be prepared for a wait—but trust me, it's worth it.

The food SUCKS. All the baked goods are grossly overproofed. We got an avocado toast for $13 and what came was what looked like two slices of store-bought Orowheat toast. Very nice atmosphere and plenty of seating, though.

Nice locals place, too pricey, though. $85 for 3 people breakfast and a 4th coffee. Kinda slow

Don't be fooled by the menu posted here online. The Bagel plate isn't $8.95 it's really $14. Also the Avocado toast isn't $ $8.25 it's $13. The staff is very attentive. I asked about the discrepency in the prices . I nice lady explained that Google can't come through with the Pannikins many requests to update their prices and business hours.

Coffee is consistently watery and highly over-priced but they shine in the pastries and tea selections.
