Alex was amazing and provided great customer service. I wasn’t pleased with my first order so he made sure I walked out happy. He very quickly turned a wrong into a right and for that reason, I’ll be back!
It seems pretty obvious that this place is not being run well. Service was slow, they were out of a lot of items such as potatoes, croissants, and some muffins, and the food quality was “meh” at best. I had the bacon and cheddar panini and there was virtually no cheddar to speak of. Not to mention there wasn’t enough egg or bacon on it either, it was mostly bread. I’m only giving this place two stars because we did receive a 10% discount for the lack of items available....read full review
