“It was chilly in LA so before I started my commute home I stopped in at the Coffee Bean to grab a hot cocoa for my ride. The server was super accommodating and friendly, and made the cocoa as if it were homemade. The only negative thing I have to say about the Coffee Bean, Encino would be its parking but that won't discourage me from returning. I will definitely be back.“

“This location is so cozy & adorable + the interior design is so lovely!! The staff is kind and they prepared my toast super quick. The manager at this location is also awesome! Their presentation and aesthetic is so clean. I loved working here on a quiet weekday, it was super chill. I also LOVE their Ginger Turmeric Latte, it taste like chai but has no caffeine! The D'Lox toast was super fresh, tasty, and filling. They also sell local refrigerated snacks. The ingredients taste fresh so prices are fair for the ambiance & quality of the food. I like love they're women-owned and they source m their coffee ethically from women-owned farms!“

“David is an exceptional cook; you get the value for your money and then some. I've tried just about everything on the menu at this time, and everything is just as delicious as my favorite item, the chicken panini. They know their food at tasty town, you will never be disappointed by eating here.“

“Came here looking for a nice lunch experience and wasn't disappointed. We ordered a salmon tartine (flatbread), a chicken salad, a matcha latte, a mint lemonade, and finished by splitting a French sweet cream doughnut. The food was great, the mint lemonade was as fresh as it gets, and is quite a decent amount, as they give you a carafe that is enough for 2.5 to 3 cups worth! The doughnut was also quite interesting, since the cream was fluffy and not too sweet! The interior is also very rustic feeling, with wooden tables and chairs. I'm deducting one star because once our waiter served us food, he pretty much forgot about us for a long time. I could see him walking towards our section, then just peeking in and leaving, repeatedly. We had finished our food and couldn't even find him to order the doughnut for dessert! Overall, we got ignored for 15 to 20 minutes, not the most fun of times, especially watching tables around us get served, checked out, etc. by the other servers...“

Crumbles Patisserie Pastry shop •

“We received a cake for my son’s 17th birthday and it was amazing! They included many special touches to personalize the cake while still maintaining a pleasing aesthetic. Not only was the cake amazing but we also had a mishap with our dog bumping the cake while it was in its packaging which damaged the corner. Although it was completely our fault, Crumbles jumped in and quickly repaired the cake for us and saved the day after much stress and anxiety about the mishap! Thank you Crumbles Patisserie for the beautiful cake, the amazing packaging, and for fixing our issue! We’d give you 10 stars if we could!“
