Perfect for lunch or dinner and we have some favorites like the bolognese and the famous chopped salad but honestly everything I’ve had here is so good. The patio is nice for a warm day but the inside is cute for a cold evening for a cozy time“

“The Spot is a snooze fest. I've given it multiple chances and it's just not for me. Shishi Lounge, on the other hand, is where you should go to have fun. Good music, good food, and there's always people having a good time.
Amir makes the best hookah. Lala is also the sweetest and always takes care of us. Every time I come here, I leave happy.
If you're looking for a fun night out and not just somewhere to sit around bored, go to Shishi.“

“My wife and I went to the Grove in Los Angeles last night and we had dinner at "Sogno Toscana," an it was outstanding. It was perfect in every way; great food, great drinks, outstanding and friendly staff, beautiful location, etc. I love Italian food but I can't think of one Italian restaurant that I like, until "Sogno Toscano." The food was outstanding, and there was so much more we saw go by that we can't wait to go back and try. And the drinks were outstanding. I love martini's and they served the best martini I've ever had. Giacomo was our server and took great care of us. He's from Italy and "Sogno Toscana" brought him to America when they opened their New York restaurant, and now he's in LA for this new restaurant. Although very busy, the entire staff were very fun to be around, and most of them are Italian which is also great.“

“The pasta was delicious, but we had to wait 15 minutes to be acknowledged, and when they did take our order, it was for everything and they “ran out of bread we run out all the time” at 7pm on a saturday. Restaurant 101: greet guests quickly, offer them some wine / drinks, even if you’re delayed on taking their order. Also offer more salad options or appetizers and we would’ve easily ordered dessert if it was offered.“

“We catered a Christmas dinner for 8 with Il Moro and all the food was delicious! We especially loved the melt-in-your-mouth short ribs, divine vegetables and pasta with olives dishes. We will definitely be back!“

“Funke is an elegant restaurant serving genuine Italian food . The menu is like a restaurant in Italy. Appetizers and desserts are meant to be shared. The food is perfectly prepared and suitable for both eating and Instagramming. Funke is fine dining and the prices reflect that. We had appetizers, a pasta course and desert with one drink per person for $200 each“

“The foods are amazing … i had the salmon creamy pasta and i liked it so much, the salmon with cherry tomatoes are very refreshing , porcini and mushroom are the new favorites , but the black truffle was the most unforgettable one , once you taste it, it seems you are watching a classic italian movie. Has a vibe like my favorite old haunt Sunny's Bar in Red Hook Brooklyn, only restaurant style. Will be back and back again now that we finally found this treasure hiding in plain sight in our hood. “What an incredible hidden gem! We were craving Italian food and decided to check out Al Italiano. Walked in on a Tuesday night a little before closing. Eddie and the owner Robert greeted us warmly. The menu has some great options and we were indecisive what to order. Our waiter Eddie is a first class professional and answered all our questions with patience and in details. His recommendations were amazing. We ordered Eggplant Parmesan, Veal Piccata, Children’s cheese pizza, Salumiere pizza and their homemade Tiramisu. Everything was excellent and so tasty. The whole experience at Al Italiano was outstanding and unforgettable. Robert is a great business owner who actually cares and treats you like family. His whole staff is very respectful and helpful. The ambiance is great and resembles a lot of restaurants in West Hollywood. There is a pool table which is so cool, but most people are using it for photo opps. I would recommend it for a casual place to eat food and casually hang with some friends but I would not recommend if you are seeking a bar kind of vibe for socializing. “We went to the coolest little Italian place in the valley for Valentine's on a total whim. The entire place was themed, they had a fun violinist, the wait staff wore Valentine's glasses & vests, they had pink and red lights on the palm trees out front, heart shaped straws... it was so quirky and fun. Service was awesome, like the staff was actually having a good time and glad we were there. The food was AWESOME quality... everything homemade down to the freshly baked heart shaped bread. I don't recall if we've ever really 'celebrated' Valentine's day but going to this restaurant made it feel like an actual holiday. So fun and cute. Also, the prices & portions!
