“The 5 stars is for the service, staff and attentiveness. The environment is also pleasant. That said, the food is very heavy and rich, without notable flavor. We ordered 7 different dishes. The meat and fish quality seemed very good but the preparation and flavors were seriously lacking. It was just really hard to get through the plates with nothing fresh, nothing crisp and no contrast of lightness. There isn’t a single fresh green salad on the menu. Our stomachs simply all hurt for the duration of the evening afterward. Too much oil? I didn’t have an appetite for the next day and felt queasy! Quite odd.“

I was kinda surprised with my bills and how the restaurant dictate the gratuity %….Overall, I love dining in this restaurant because we were welcome and were given a great and warm reception. I went with the seafood platter and everything tasted fresh—nothing overcooked or heavy, just clean coastal flavors. “I have lived in this area for a very long And I have ordered food from Bayshore from the original owner. I was a bit skeptical when I went in today. However, I was greeted with a very warm welcome, and in fact, the chef assured me that I would enjoy the food! And he was right I ordered the snapper plate and it was beyond delicious. It was fried too perfection not greasy and you could tell the fish was fresh. I ordered the green salad, and I was very impressed that it was made with spinach and arugula and croutons were added. This food is amazing if you remember the old Bayshore like I do come back again it is definitely worth the visit.“
