Horrible experience. I’m giving it 2 stars bc the first time I came here was nice and simple. The real horror took place on the 2/24. My birthday. I came the day before to place an order for an ice cream cake, I wanted it the next day, if they had it available of course. The lady told us that they might have it the next morning and to call the store early in the morning tomorrow to ask if it came in, so I did. I waited an hour after they opened and called by phone number. A worker answered and to my surprise, after I asked about my cake order they ENDED the call with no explanation whatsoever. I called multiple times and they answered multiple times just to hang up right after I asked. I was horribly frustrated. I even gave the phone number to my MOTHER for her to call and they did the same thing. They could’ve said that they didn’t have it but they took the easy way out and looked super un professional. Afterwards I did go to the store and ask for my cake in which they DID have it. I’m just frustrated overall at the experience and the lack of service. The cake was really good tho. Not sure if I will order again tho for sure.

The service has always been great. The people are nice. The only issue I have with this store is the simple fact that it's dirty. For example, the lights have spider webs and dust all over it. The seats have ice cream stains and sprinkles. The floors have waffle cone pieces and other residue. All I am saying is that it would make sense for the people opening the store or closing to clean the light bulbs above the customer seating area. And also sweep the floors once every few hours. It'll only make your customers appreciate it more. Other than that I give them a four for service and taste.

Place was clean and staff was very friendly and patient! I took my five year old and her friend for some ice cream and both gals behind the counter were helpful and kind. Now a days, great customer service is rare so it was a pleasant surprise.

The ice cream here is always delicious. The servers are all young so please be patient and encouraging so they don't quit. I have to remind myself that kids nowadays don't have the same customer service mentality so I'm there for the ice cream and not to make friends. They stand around with frowns on their faces until you're ready to order. At least they smile and say thank you at the register.

I just want to say how much I love Baskin Robbins!very nice people great customer service especially the person that helps me out Kailey Guerrero she is very professional and gives great Customer Satisfaction. I highly recommend this place!
Very rude staff. Today's cashier was laughing at me like if I had monkeys on my face. They have a price on ice cream and dont respect it she said well prices went up and I said well maybe you guys should take it off and once again laugh at me!!!

Small ice cream store in a popular strip mall. They have carry out quarts and ice cream cakes. This Baskin Robbins has 36 flavors. They also have your classic cones, cups, shakes, floats, sundaes, and smoothies. The waffle cones can get pretty elaborate with chocolate dip, chocolate dip with sprinkles (aka "fancy"). They also have a bunch of options for toppings. Service has always been awesome here. I don't think I've ever seen less than 3 people working here; when there has been a line, it moves quick. The interior has been modernized with lots of tile. The tables and lighting fixtures are all new looking and clean. The whole place is pretty clean... you can walk around and sit without getting stuck to the floor, a chair, or the table.No bathroom... if you're rolling the dice with some lactose intolerance... there is a bathroom at the chipotle across the parking lot .

Banana split is love, banana split is life. Nuff said.Pricing is ok, service is ok, you kind of go here moreso for the flavor varieties. Can't go wrong, they're solid! Banana splits that meld nicely are hard to find. Locally, these guys are pretty much the reigning champions.
