Place was clean and staff was very friendly and patient! I took my five year old and her friend for some ice cream and both gals behind the counter were helpful and kind. Now a days, great customer service is rare so it was a pleasant surprise.
The ice cream here is always delicious. The servers are all young so please be patient and encouraging so they don't quit. I have to remind myself that kids nowadays don't have the same customer service mentality so I'm there for the ice cream and not to make friends. They stand around with frowns on their faces until you're ready to order. At least they smile and say thank you at the register.

The service has always been great. The people are nice. The only issue I have with this store is the simple fact that it's dirty. For example, the lights have spider webs and dust all over it. The seats have ice cream stains and sprinkles. The floors have waffle cone pieces and other residue. All I am saying is that it would make sense for the people opening the store or closing to clean the light bulbs above the customer seating area.
