It’s okay. I wish the carnitas in the cochi burrito was more crispy and less fatty. I was also bummed when I ordered the quesabirria quesadilla and they didn’t give me consomé with it like they had in their pictures. I didn’t ask about it because I assumed it came with it from the picture.

10/10 Taco shop. The owner of this place is the son of the Cotija taco shops around San Diego county. Similar menu and recipes. They even have the famous Hashbrown breakfast burrito. The Carne Asada is great, and they have decent guacamole salsa. The Ensenada style fish tacos are also not to be skipped. The veggie burrito is also very good!Kid-friendliness: Very accommodating with modifications
Got a shrimp burrito with carne asada and the burrito had no sauce the shrimp was cold while the asada was hot. I got home and called them and informed them I could not come back that day and all I wanted was a replacement burrito. I spent 30 on two items. I didn’t want a refund just a replacement and they said it was fine they would take my name and I could come in and order a replacement. The next day I went in and they told me I needed to bring the burrito in so that I could get a replacement. I spent 30 and it was the next day I’m not going to save a burrito for the next day's visit. This place served me cold shrimp and that concerns me because someone can get sick. DONT GO HERE THEY WILL SERVE YOU COLD SHRIMP IN A BURRITO AND WONT EVEN REPLACE IT AFTER. That's not safe people can get sick!!

Surf & turf burrito very good but never consistent. Today it was way way way too much cheese for my liking & neither salsas had any spice today. Green tasted like vinegar red tasted like pasta sauce. Overall good though & great customer service & fast ?? adobada is good too!
Went to the Valley Parkway Escondido location on Wednesday 12/20/23 ordered 5 tacos and 1 quesadilla. What I actually got was one of the worst cases of food poisoning I've ever had.

I actually like their street tacos and burritos a lot. My issues with this place are that the drive thru is often slow when no one is on it, the drinks are the price you pay at some full service restaurants, and the food is priced on the high end for fast food. I've gone here a couple times and then driven across the street to get sodas from McDonald's for 1/3 of the price. Saves me almost $10.The indoor seating has been clean and pleasant every time we have gone in.

Coming back from TJ and filling up with gas next door at circle k , i figured id stop here and get a quick bite. This place is really good and the portions are sizeable, so you can most definitely share with your partner. Get 3 crunchy tacos and a big burrito, side of rice and beans and I guarantee you might have some left overs. Dont forget to get yourself an order of fries and enjoy all the food to yourself and really enjoy rhe flavor of the salsas and guac, it's not very spicy, if you really Mexican youre gonna enjoy the flavor of every salsa you could even drink it to really taste it ,I don't eat cheese either but theyre kind enough to give us cheese on the side and cream, great customer service .And if youre curios check out my circuit edition, great place for photo ops. went through the drive-through yesterday and ordered two burritos one shrimp Cali no pico with Kearny Asada added, and a weak burrito. When I got home I found out the shrimp burrito had no sauce. It was supposed to have chipotle sauce in it and the Kearny Asada was hot, but my shrimp was cold. I called them and asked if they could remake the burrito for me and that I would not be able to make it in and I keep giving it chances, but today was the straw that broke the camel's back! Do not come to this place Customer service sucks and attitude suck as well that same day because my wife and I share a car and they said that was fine I could come in and they would write my name now down today I go in to get over one replacement burrito because the week burrito was OK and I was told that I needed to bring in the burrito to get a replacement. I spent $30 to have my order wrong and all I was asking was for a replacement burrito even something lesser than what I spent and they told me no. What kind of place serves hot Kearny Asada and cold shrimp with no sauce and a burrito? And can't simply just replace it. This isn't the first time I've gotten a bad burrito from this place and I keep giving it chances, but today was the straw that broke the camel's back! Do not come to this place Customer service sucks and attitude sucks as well
