I came thru the drive thru last night for a sandwich. When I got home, the chicken was cold, old and inedible. I was too tired to take it back, so I tried to call the restaurant, but there was no answer. I brought it back this morning and the cashier acted doubtful, but had my sandwich remade. It was hot and fresh and I am happy.

I can't believe they use a robot now for the drive thru ...and still got my order wrong and the people who man the hamburger wrapped it horrible everything was falling out fries overcooked

Having just moved to the area, something familiar for a quick bite is so helpful.I won't likely return to any fast food place that asks me (from the drive thru) to move out of line & park for my order to be brought to me. While that might seem trivial, it was late at night, the area that I was told to park was dark & crowded. As a lone female in a new location, this was very uncomfortable.

Avoid this location if you can.There was noone else on line and all I ordered was a burger and fries but they had pull forward as if there were people behind me and took a long time to bring the food at which I lost my appetite from disappointment.

I was surprised recently when I went to Carl's Jr! The food was fresh and delicious! I ordered the Diablo burger which was very well made and pleasantly spicy and tasty. My mother had the western bacon cheeseburger and she said it was the best one she has had in a long time and I agree because she gave me a bite. They have finally stepped up their game!
