I was surprised recently when I went to Carl's Jr! The food was fresh and delicious! I ordered the Diablo burger which was very well made and pleasantly spicy and tasty. My mother had the western bacon cheeseburger and she said it was the best one she has had in a long time and I agree because she gave me a bite. They have finally stepped up their game!
Customer service was better than most drive-thrus atleast it was service with a smile. Couldn't say the same about the burger it was way over cooked, dry and simply not the Carl's Jr I remember.

Having just moved to the area, something familiar for a quick bite is so helpful.I won't likely return to any fast food place that asks me (from the drive thru) to move out of line & park for my order to be brought to me. While that might seem trivial, it was late at night, the area that I was told to park was dark & crowded. As a lone female in a new location, this was very uncomfortable.
