Food was okay but the price was ridiculous! It was 12.99 for "regular" sandwich I would guess an 8in roll? And 6.99 to upgrade to a combo with lemonade. They also did not tell me I was upgrading to a combo they just asked what fries I wanted so I was confused when I saw the 20 dollar price tag at the end...I ended up trying it bc I'm on my lunch break and to see if it was miraculously worth it but it was not...the kicker was really the sad barely melted shredded cheese on top when I picked up my order.

Is this place closed or what? You guys are posting things for this location but during normal business hours this place is closed.

I came by, wanting to try the place, and it was closed. One of the other establishments in the food court told me Tha they have not been open in months. Not sure what the deal is... Was really craving a cheesesteak.

I think this place is closed? Wasn't open Friday evening at 5:52pm. No signs explaining anything.

Rarely, if ever open. They’re not exactly close by, and it infuriates me when I look up online to see if they’re open and it says it is, already get there and it’s closed. Doesn’t matter if it’s a weekend does it matter if it’s in the middle of the day. They never seem to have enough staff, And regardless, it’s slow. All through Covid, maybe one person wore a mask. There seem to be a lot of young kids in need of supervision. It was only palatable sometimes. Takes forever to place an order, no less get it. You might as well close this location. It had to have lost an insane amount of money over the holidays, being closed and all. PS: don’t apologize.. fix it!!!!

Would have been greet if they were open and didn't close permanently.....without putting a sign up. Even their Google hours show still open

I don’t even wanna think about the money the store must’ve lost over the holiday! You would think that would be of concern. But what else is new? It’s rarely open anyway. It is also nine times out of 10 ridiculously understaffed, and the wait time after ordering is ridiculous. I have coupons I can never redeem, because the store is rarely open. I don’t know why you don’t just go ahead and close it. I have to go too far to get there, only to have my time wasted. I see where you apologize on the regular on these reviews, but nobody wants an apology. They want you to fix it or close.I am sitting here as we speak, waiting to see if the store is gonna open at 11, or for that matter, at all. I can almost bet that it will not.

I get Charley's nearly every week on Wednesdays, since I always visit the mall on Wednesdays. I made it a "tradition" of sorts. After a while, however, I would go to order my food (anytime between 12-2), and for maybe a whole month, whenever I went to the food court, there was no one working around. I'd wait for a few minutes, and not one person would come out the back. That was really disappointing, and I was super frustrated, especially since there was no sign up explaining what was going on. However, a little while ago they started back up, and they've been better than ever. Not exactly anything to especially applaud, but nowadays, that's all you need: a restaurant doing its job, and doing it well. There have been a few occasions where the staff has particularly impressed me, just in their demeanor and sweetness. But I really recommend Charley's. I eat here VERY often, and since that month of not knowing what was going on, I've had good experiences all around.

They skipped my order and did 8 orders before mine. I waited for at least 30 minutes. I understand that the service industry is hard, especially because I work in it currently and have had my worst day ever just yesterday. I was still polite but it's frustrating that this happened to me the day after that horrid work day for me. I admit the food is good, and I don't fully blame the workers. It didn't come up on the screen for them apparently. But I did have to tell them twice about my skipped order before they started it.

I am an employee at North County. On my lunch break I go to food court to grab food. This Charley Philly Steakhouse has suck a slow service you won’t believe it. It takes the only 2 employees that works there at least 20 minutes to make my order. This time i decided to order online to save time but I wish i didn’t. I ordered at 3:48pm and at checkout it said it would take 6 minutes and be ready at 3:52pm. They didn’t hand me my order until 4:11pm. I will never be eating here again.

This is the best Charleys so far that I’ve been to! The staff are all very helpful and the manager George is very accommodating. The sandwich was very good and the fries were fresh and crispy.

I usually only review Crooked Lawyers and Doctors, but the "Manager" lied to my face and was condescending. I ordered a Regular Steak and asked for ALL (lettuce, Tomatoes, Onion, PICLKES, etc.) and somewhat watched as the CASHIER (even though there were three other employees sitting in the office) made my order. The condition (soggy) of the tomatoes and lettuce appeared that those were COOKED with the steak and what little cheese I was given... then, the CASHIER simply put all that was cooked onto the hard bread and the Manger handed me the sandwich. I asked him... is there pickles on the sandwich... I knew there wasn't as I watched the sandwich be handed off to him, and I didn't see him add anything, never the less pickles... but the Manger looked me in the face and said, YES they are. Given the Manger the benefit of the doubt, I sat down and ate the sandwich, just waiting to taste the pickle, (anything to cover-up the soggy lettuce and tomatoes) and got to the last 10% of the sandwich and NOT ONE PICKEL. I went back to the counter and showed the Manger the sandwich he handed me and explained to him that he lied to me and that he knew he didn't put pickles on the sandwich... and I watched the CASHIER plop the steak on the bread and then he just handed me the sandwich. Again, the Manger insisted that he put them on there. He didn't! I explained to the Manger that, he and the other employees just hanging out might think it is funny to lie to customers, treat us as if we don't matter, but I didn't think it was funny. I explained to him that, there are tons of jobs out there and if he wasn't happy with where he was, then he should find another job... but Jorge couldn't look at me, instead he simply said to have a nice day. I informed him that I would contact corporate, and when I looked up the email for corporate, it says... "N/A". The red flag here is, that corporate don't care what a customer has to say either. A review of the reviews for this place is striking to me. Cleary Corporate don't care how customers are treated or the quality of their product. I will never again eat at this place again... the sandwich was not good, it was missing product and the "manager" was uncaring and unprofessional... and lied to my face.
