This is the closest to escondido I've found to have the delicious taste of a taco shop from san marcos area that I love so having it here in escondido is amazing! Highly recommend the tacos but everything here is good!
2 of 3 to go orders were wrong. The pollo asado fries ended up as chips and tasted like boiled chicken with minimal guac and cheese on chips. The item that we asked to be not spicy was full of peppers and spicy and went right into the trash. 3rd order was ok. Lesson learned- drive further to the better places.
This place has the best breakfast burritos in town. Full of meat and eggs. I usually get the sausage egg burrito. They are so big my husband and I usually split it. Ask for chips they will make them fresh for you. Definitely a treat.
