Love their big kahuna.Their steak subs are my favorite.Also love their club subs.Jersey Mikes is my favorite place to grab a sandwich. My wife ordered the Big Kahuna and it was certainly very far from “Big”, it lacked vegetables and the white cheese. It did NOT look like the image displayed online, no meat was exposed and it looked minimal, to say the least. Totally sad looking sandwich. Disappointed and it cost 20 dollars!!

Ordered online, pickup said 1:14pm. They had a large line so I understand, but they cleared the whole walk-in line before I got my food at 1:30pm.

Service is terrible in this location. They throw/ slide my food that I order for pick up like it's a piece of trash! The soda machine is always missing a soda and the employees don't care.

Don't come here if you're actually hungry! We did an order for a softball tournament. When going to pick up the order, I simply asked the employee if we can double check the order. He was rude and said of course it's right look at the line out the door we don't have time to check the order. I asked for a manager and he said one was not available. After returning to the softball fields we had six disappointing kids. No sandwiches when contacting the store. If you phone all of a sudden, the manager was miraculously available no accommodations were made. They didn't even offer to comp the food after we had to go 30 minutes round-trip in order to pick up the order the second time.
