Bad customer service. There were 4 employees making sandwiches for online orders. They ignored 2 customers and didn't even acknowledge me. I waited almost 10 minutes and left again empty handed. This has happened 2 times this year.
Good subs, the staff is friendly and you can tell they're working hard. However I wouldn't recommend it if you need food in a timely manner. I don't come here for lunch anymore because I've been late from my break several times due to waiting for my food. I'll still come here on weekends though.
