I loved the food here at this place , everyone is so friendly and since my kitchen is on renovation at home I was coming almost every night but unfortunately I ordered for my husband to go a chicken soup and my husband got food poisoning, he was vomiting and with diarrhea and feel horrible couldn’t work at all ,his stomach got so sick that ended in the hospital , I don’t think we are coming back . I also had the chicken taco plate that was delicious and I feel ok but my husband is so sick now after that soup . I understand things happen and I just want the owners to be aware and be careful. I really liked this place but unfortunately after this we don’t feel safe eating there .

The food is good, acceptable, there is a cashier who serves you as if it were a favor, she does not have a good attitude at all and there is terrible customer service, the atmosphere is bad with the music at full volume, it looks like a cantina, It's a shame, because the food is acceptable.

I put my husband on with the best Cali burrito hands down! Now he craves it 24/7 it's our go to Mexican food location, no one else compares to the taste of authentic food & salsa! Pregnant cravings approved too my little man kicks like crazy every time I feed him from Mendoza's!

Chili verde plate is the best. Carne asada burrito is also a favorite. Service is responsive and pleasant.

Was in Rancho Bernardo for a business event, and found this place that offered great Mexican food using google maps. I am used to tex mex in Texas, but have always heard the hype on how much better it was in California. The hype was correct and I’m glad I found this place. Will stop by again the next time I’m in town. Great taste and portion size.

Despite the lively ambiance created by the tasty dishes and vibrant atmosphere, the consistently top-notch experience completely justifies it.During our recent visit, my partner and I delved into the amazing flavors of the chicken and steak fajita plates. Paired with flour tortillas and accompanied by two medium horchatas, the whole meal was incredibly delicious.What truly stood out was the fantastic staff--always friendly, and they consistently go above and beyond to make your dining experience special. I can't recommend this spot enough for anyone craving authentic Mexican cuisine. It has become my go-to, and I'm confident it will become yours too!

Great breakfast burritos and love that they are served all day. We had the chorizo and it was so tasty. Salsa bar is good but would have liked one salsa that was a little chunkier. Possibly could label the salsas also and give "heat" index. Service was friendly and fast. Food came out hot. Clean and had to walk thru kitchen to bathroom which was also clean thank you Yep no I'm not ready to eat my arm good
