Two employees were incredibly rude! No line, no need for their behavior! There was another young lady working Gabriela and she was pleasant and apologized for her coworkers piss-poor attitude.

MAKE A RESERVATION! I did not know and they said it would be about an hour and 45 min. We decided to wait around a little bit because there were so many open tables (at least 10) and thought maybe they would take us in earlier if people did not show up. Nope! We just wasted time waiting around when we could've seen more animals. Apparently you have 15 min to get back there once you receive a text but there were definitely spans of 15 min where no one showed up.Food was just ok. We ordered the rhino pretzel, nachos with chicken, and kids Mac and cheese. What makes this place special is the view. You are seated next to the rhino and giraffe habitat overlooking them. It feels like you're so close! If anything, come for that.

Let's be honest with what we are doing here in the first place, we are all here to see animals, not some 5-star dining experience. This isn't where I'd chose to eat (unless you brought a picnic snack ) but is a great place to grab a salty pretzel and a beer! Grab a table and enjoy the view while you check out the map of the park.

The food here is improperly cooked and has horrible food furthermore this food that was given to us had 5 pieces of hair in my chicken tender, the service here was absolutely non respectable they kept yelling and they talk weird. The ambiance here was horrible and horrific and I couldn't even see my food

Overpriced (but it's inside the park so that makes sense). The service was slower than a snail and the food was just ok. I got a mushroom flatbread which was actually tasty however you side options are limited to salad (with 3 dressing options) and chip (potato chips). The pumpkin hummus was ok, nothing special. We got the cheesecake for dessert, tasted like it came from Costco. You can't beat the view, it's the best part of the whole meal. Would I eat here again? No, I'd rather eat a hotdog at another food stand. This place has potential to be so much better. Add bar seating so people can hang out and just drink if they want to. They have hard alcohol. More menu selection and fries not chips. Also faster service, they were in zero rush to turn tables and kept telling everyone who showed up that they were fully booked and not taking anyone, but the place was empty.

They no longer serve gluten free nuggets here only salads but unfortunately they have not updated the menu on the app

Panini was expensive but exceeded expectations.

This is the slowest experience I've ever had. The people behind the counter went so slow, didn't care, and weren't at all efficient.

It's a nice place to sit and relax while enjoying a beverage or waiting for others.
