Small mom and pop Mexican spot. You can tell business slowed down due to the plandemic. You can see your food cooked in front of you. A little more than average menu. The mole is decent, just wished it wasn't a bone-in drumstick. Everything else we tried was average.

It's definitely a hole in the wall but the food was delicious. I accidentally drove by it twice. The menudo was delicious and staff was friendly. Will be going back for the menudo again.

Looking for a decent place to have a sit down meal? Forget all those chain restaurants who want you in and out faster than their last hookup. Paulitas will treat you right no matter what you order. I recommend the Chile Relleno plate as it is always delicious and made with love and fresh ingredients. The salsa can be inconsistent here, in this case it's a good thing. Whatever they put out you'll be heading back for more. Parking is in the back, I just ride here or walk.

They have perfected the burrito! It was nearest place open on New Year's Day and I thought I'd take a chance. I ordered a carne asada bean rice and cheese burrito with low expectations as I continue my search through the South West U.S. for a great burrito. Wow! Not only was it the best burrito I've ever had, it was absolutely perfect. It wasn't greasy, it didn't drip, it didn't fall apart. The spices, the seasoning, the balance and proportion of ingredients made every bite enjoyable. I caught myself staring off in the distance thankful I finally found the burrito I had been searching for. They even grill the tortilla. I talked to the owner and expressed my appreciation. He teaches his cooks (today was his daughter) the boss is the customer. He also instructs to make the food like you would for your mother, father or yourself. To that I say mission accomplished! p.s. I held off writing a review until I went back a second time to be sure they were consistent. The second time I got the same thing only with chicken. It too was magical.

Delicious little gem! We really loved this place! Our favorites were the enchiladas and the chile relleno. I am very picky about my chile rellenos, but this was one of the best I've had. Highly recommend!

Was in town visiting the cousin and found this place on Yelp. There's so many great things to say about the experience and food we had. Mateo was very helpful and recommended one of the best sauces I've had. The right kick to it. Come support the local business, a hidden Gem.
