I love this Starbucks! I don't understand the terrible reviews, but they aren't recent so who cares. The ladies that work there have always been friendly even when they are working by themselves and have a long line to deal with. I often order a chai or vanilla latte and my drink is perfect every time. It's in a Vons, but beats waiting forever in a drive thru line.

I placed an order online I ordered 4 drinks as soon as I placed the order I called the store to ask if I could add extra caramel pumps and The person who answered (female) was very rude and of course said no. she said that she did not understand my question. I felt discriminated.

Really slow and when I mean really slow it took over 15 minutes for them to make 2 customers drinks and then when it came time for mine which is just black ice coffee somehow it took 10 minutes. So it's definitely a much longer wait time compared to other locations. It is located in a vons so I suggest use the app to order and then once your done grocery shopping your your drink should almost be ready. cmon Starbucks get it together.
Shout out to Tina who is the manager at the Starbucks in Vons on Felicita! She prioritized our experience and delivered the highest quality service. She answered our questions about the drinks and made sure our drinks were made exactly how we wanted them! She did it all with a smile! We were also looking to buy some merchandise and cups and she went above and beyond to help us! Not only was she kind to us, but each person in line was just treated the BEST!!!! Thank you Tina for delivering on the Starbucks promise!!!!!

Coffee is great and even healthy to have if in moderation, like 1 or 2 cups BUT not the sugar! It seems we are hooked on the sugar addiction as Starbucks is catering to the sweet National taste buds they have helped forge…not healthy. Be sure to check with your Doctor
