My aunt's,mom,niece went into your Escondido location in East valley parkway on street right before home Depot entrance on Saturday, it was busy but the employees welcomed us and greeted us, they were friendly. Our drinks were all made well and correct and the wait was not bad at all. My aunt forgot her sugar so she asked for some sugar packets and we all went outside. I did a mobile order pick up & my drink + cookie was done before the pick up time. The cookie was warmed perfectly. Second time at this Starbucks as I usually just pass through Escondido & it was a normal Starbucks experience.

They remodeled and removed every single table and chair from inside, so no relaxing coffee shop experience. You have to sit and “enjoy” your coffee outside by the parking lot and noisy street. This is only a place to grab and go.
