In my opinion this is probably one of the busiest Starbucks in all of Escondido, but they handle it like champs. Every single time I come in here everyone is smiling who works there, and that says a lot about their management team. We see how hard you're working, and how many people are always in the store... I went here last week and I ordered a tall ice water with 2 scoops of matcha powder and I asked if it was 80 cents for that and the lady said it was 90 cents. That was fine because it was only 10 cents more than other Starbucks I go to. Two days later I come back here and I order the same thing (ice water with 2 scoops of matcha powder ) but a grande size which should not matter because Starbucks ice water is always free no matter the size you get. Every time I go into this Starbucks it is dirty, unorganized, nothing is wiped off on the counters and everything is sticky. The drinks are also done sloppy and messy. They also keep messing up my free stuff from the stars on my app and never offer to heat up my food. I've tried a few different times to give everyone the benefit of the doubt. Every time I leave frustrated. Higher end management should really review this store and look at these low Yelp reviews.
