This is one of the most understaffed Starbucks I have ever seen. Like Starbucks corporate decided to over staff the one down the street and make the 4 kids here deal with 50 orders per minute. Come on people
Service has room for improvement. The senior staff all seems on edge. When a customer is spending as much as we do for a simple coffee and cookies, we expect the service to be consistent with all other Starbucks. I've had an unpleasant experience multiple times at this location. I keep thinking "maybe it was just that one time". This location is by far the worst service and takes so long. Went thru the drive thru today aye 3:20pm. W 2 car in front of me literally took 20 mins from time I order to when we picked up the drink(we only order 1 drink) everything it tales so long. Won't come back to this location ever again.
