Did an online order and they were so skimpy with the ingredients. The sandwich was so dry. I don't expect this from subway but this location was not it.

Ordered online. Had to wait 20 minutes for the ready time. Showed up at the ready time and they made me wait an additional 15 minutes for them to start my sandwich. If I wanted to walk in an order it I would’ve done that. They had me wait at the store even tho it’s take out. Not a good experience. If you’re busy and are relying on them to have it ready on the the ready time I wouldn’t come to this subway.

20 minute wait before we finally gave up as we watched the employee struggle with the same 2 sandwiches. Monkeys playing with a football get more accomplished in that amount of time.

I don’t know why I continue giving this location benefit if the doubt. Sandwiches for sure ain’t made with love. Sloppy employees that keep the food looking as sloppy as their customer service. Horrible location. Stay away from this one. No wonder they got a “C” they should have been closed down! They don’t carry soup either at this location ever but they always say it’s out today.

Placed an online order (in-store pickup) directly from the website. Stopped by about 15 minutes later (thinking it would be done) and they hadn't even started it yet. Had to wait another 15 minutes after one of the employees claimed he still needed to get the bacon ready. This was on a Saturday afternoon when there was literally only one other customer in the store. I felt that the employees were just messing around today. Not sure if I'll be back.

Stood there for about 5 minutes, I was the only person in the store.....even with an employee standing right there looking right at me before they acknowledged I was there. She got somebody else to come help me before saying a word to me, then, he comes out completely unenthused, does not look happy to be there, I even said something about it "what do you mean? This is just how i look".....no... it's not...and if it is, you shouldnt be allowed to talk to customers. Your manager should know this.Anyways, ask them for the italian herb & cheese bread, they said "we don't do that here".....ok since when?, either way "we don't do that here" is not how you talk to a customer......asked for the deluxe meatball marinara (extra meat, but not double, i've been to 20+ subways that all know what it means), he has no idea what I'm talking about and asks me "what does that even mean?"...tried to explain it and he just gives me a blank stare until the female who didn't even acknowledge i existed tried to explain it.Everything in my soul told me to turn around and leave, but I stuck around. Containers with lettuce and tomato have frost/freezer burn like it's a week old or a month since they washed it. Still, benefit of the doubt....get to the register and she doesn't ask if I want a drink, nothing....rings it up and I leave.First bite of that sandwich I knew something was off....took another bite and threw it all away and went to the pizza place.Beyond ridiculous, poor quality, absolute worst customer service of any establishment i've ever been to and you try to call corporate and no answer, they want you to send an e-mail, you can't even talk to an actual person.Hoping the store owner sees this, and if they do. NO, there is nothing you can do to make it up to me other than a refund. I do not want another sandwich, I don't trust you or your employees. This place needs to be closed down.

First time here and stood there for over 6 min with 1 customer ahead and 4 workers 2 of them working. Most were just standing around. I patiently waited for who I thought would help me to and he walked away without eye contact. I said is someone going to help me I've been waiting her without acknowledgement and he muttered something about someone else and walked away. Bottom line worst customer service EVER. Go to Jersey Mikes don't waste your money they don't even clean their counters after making their subs. I sat there and watched them.
