Yesterday I had gone through drive through to order the chicken Cantina, I was on my way to work when half way through my order I saw a hair sticking out, I thought it must be mine but the hair color was brown/orange and I have blue hair. I went back only to switch the one taco. The gentlemen who helped me apologized and ask if I wanted anything else I told him no it was fine. I know it can happen here and there in the food industry, I’m a Supervisor myself. But I want to a knowledge the young man his customer services was on top!!! From the minute I order through the drive through. Even though I said no to anything extra he ended up putting another taco in a bag. We need more people like him in the food industry, I wish I asked his name but if you see this, with that service you’ll be sure moving up!!

Fui a comer con mi familia al taco bell de la widway y la manager se llama Stephani me trato muy mal y despota porque me equivoque en la orden q pedí..paraq me cambiara el pedido.. me dijo "siempre me haces lo mismo" ni la conozco ni me conoce, y fue muy ruda al expresarse y contestar en su servicio al cliente..esta super mal, de muy mala educacion al cliente.. Yo creo q si una persona trabaja de mala gana y no por amor a lo que hace..que simplemente se busque otro trabajo donde pueda hacerlo con amor.. con dedicacion y cariño.. que falta de respeto, pedí hablar con el manager y me dijo que ella era la manager.. y no hay ni un telefono que pueda uno quejarse... ya no me dan ganas de regresar.

As a vegetarian, I ADORE Taco Bell. Always good. Always satisfies the craving. The employees here are on point every time with my order, no matter how across-the-menu-crazy I get for multiple people. They're crazy fast most times, too.Vegetarian options: My go-to is the Fiesta Veggie Burrito, a Veggie power bowl, and a cheesy bean and rice burrito with shredded cheese instead of the nacho cheese.
