“I absolutely loved this place! Unfortunately, I was only visiting Eureka, but both nights went to Humboldt cider.
It’s in a huge space, extremely high ceilings, bit of a warehouse feel, but with an artsy edge.
Lots of different seating arrangements, incl. an area looking out of the building where there was probably a giant garage door at some point (providing open air vibes), couches, small and large tables, and a smaller area, partially enclosed for more intimate room (it can be rented out for parties or what have you).
Extremely reasonable prices.
They don’t carry food per se (they have chips & brownies) but there was always a food truck parked in front.
The ciders themselves, I thought they were delish and they had a good variety. They also have plain pressed cider/nonalcoholic cider.
Staff were knowledgeable, friendly and helpful in cider suggestions and letting me taste.
Be aware, they are only open four days a week, I think. So check on that before going.
They have a bunch of board games and a couple skee ball games. Bring quarters.
Casual and comfortable atmosphere with yummy cider – definitely check it out!”

I just read this review and… I’m shaking my head, I am a local who’s been eating here for a long time and this honestly made me laugh out loud, not only am I a very dark skinned person but there is many dark skinned staff members at this restaurant so this comment comes off very unbelievable to me.
I have never been discriminated here and find everyone very kind, my waiter there was a young dark skinned girl and also like I said I am very dark skinned, so this is just laughable to me and not a review I would find accurate or helpful at all I also find it so odd that who ever wrote this review felt the need to state the skin color of the accused party maybe they are a bit colorist in there statement ??‍♀️

“I have had the chicken Pho a couple of times, it is always flavorful and delicious. Just the right amount of flavor and spice and with plenty of meat. Not too salty so you can add if you like. There are 4 kinds of noodles you can choose from. The large bowl is huge and they have an extra condiment tray that has crunchy chili and ground peanuts. Awesome!”

Coffee was solid, they also were able to make it with honey which was a major plus. Also tried their matcha with honey which was alright as well. The place itself was spacious and welcoming to be in. I had a wet veggie burrito and my husband had a wet super burrito with carnitas. Wet burritos weren’t on the menu, but the (owner?) was very accommodating. She was the only one working and her kid was sitting at a table playing. It felt like one of our moms was cooking for us! It was such a cool vibe. She cooked quickly and it was truly delicious. “We love bakeries. Some days we stop at two or three as we travel through towns. The reviews said Ramone's was really good so we had to try them. As soon as we walked in and saw the cases our eyes lit up. Great selection of quality pastries and cakes. We settled on 2 orange-currant scones and a baby NY cheesecake just big enough for two. We ate one of the scones as soon as we got back in our vehicle and almost went back for more. Full of flavor and nice texture. We had the cheesecake for dinner dessert and yes, it was fantastic. One of the best cheesecakes we have had. You have to go to Ramone's if you are anywhere near Eureka. The only thing we are sorry about is we were out of town too far to go back for another cheesecake by the time we ate it. Super high marks. Thank you Ramone's.”

Not only are the people working offer some of the best service you’ll get but the menu has so much more to offer than your average taco truck. The Pambazo was so good and unlike anything torta I’ve ever had. Don’t forget an agua Fresca! Next time I’m going to try the tamal torta or maybe Mole enchiladas.”
