The manager was rude and did not like it when I ask about my order. She proceeded to yell at me that I needed to be patient. I saw a bag on the counter with the name of the order I was picking up and she got more rude and kicked me out of the restaurant.

Tried to buy something for two dollars so I could use the bathroom and was told no and that I had to be a paying customer made me wait outside for 25 minutes for my DoorDash driver to pick me up so we could continue to make deliveries yes I was in the middle of making a food delivery for the business eventually I got picked up and I went to a different store to use the bathroom. They are very prejudiced there and I am calling the corporate office on Monday and having something done about the two people.Also, they charge more for your kids to eat because you’re paying more for less nuggets for the children’s menu. They’re stealing from your children and you look at the menu.

They made my food exactly how you would expect it from the pictures. Full and well made. Had to ask for my order to be doubled! Windows cashier didn't seem friendly.

I have loved Jack in the Boxs food since I was a kid and they have never disappointed. However... yesterday, I ordered my two tacos and lo and behold if they weren't frigging cold! This was a first and I hoped a fluke. However...Last time I was there, I went inside to get something to eat but needed to use the restroom first, The manager (Owner?) told me the restrooms were both broken, the water pipes were broken. He was just rude about it so I left. Hangry.

Worst service I have ever had. I ordered food for delivery on Sunday morning that was supposed to arrive between 2:45am-3:15am. I waited until 3:15am to call me driver on the status of my order because the tracking said it had been 15 minutes away for 30 minutes. The driver said he was having car trouble and would be another 20 minutes. I then proceeded to wait another hour for food that never came. Eventually I fell asleep around 5am tracking the food that was still supposedly 15 minutes away. Later that day when I woke up around 2pm I called the Jack in the Box to request a refund. The man who picked up the phone spoke very little English and seemed to not care about his job. I asked to speak to the manager and he replied saying the manager wasn't there and to call back in 2 hours. 2 hours later I called again and he said to call back in 45 minutes. I proceeded to play this game of calling back with him telling me to call back later for the next 4 hours. Eventually I gave up and submitted a refund request on the website too. Today I called again asking to speak to the manager because I have not gotten any word on my refund and once again had to deal with the same man telling me to call back in 2 hours because the manager wasn't there. I asked to speak to someone else who worked there and he hung up on me. I'm never going to this location again, and I am still waiting on my refund. Based on the other reviews on this guy, he should be fired. As someone who works in customer service, I am appalled by his behavior.

DOUG HOLLANDER

I have been here twice. Once the chicken was way overcooked and the other time I got the complete wrong order except the drink but it was not worth driving back. The only reason I am giving 2 stars is that they were pleasant and fast. I would rather wait an extra 30 second and get the right order prepared correctly though.
