I have been here twice. Once the chicken was way overcooked and the other time I got the complete wrong order except the drink but it was not worth driving back. The only reason I am giving 2 stars is that they were pleasant and fast. I would rather wait an extra 30 second and get the right order prepared correctly though.
This location is probably the worst one I’ve been to. I went in this morning and ordered a breakfast burrito and a hash brown #23 and when I got my bag and left I checked the bag and it was a #3 sourdough jack. Which is not what I ordered. The fries were hard burger I didn’t order was cold. The guy running the window I guess doesn’t understand English or speak it well enough. Wouldn’t recommend this place.

I have loved Jack in the Boxs food since I was a kid and they have never disappointed. However... yesterday, I ordered my two tacos and lo and behold if they weren't frigging cold! This was a first and I hoped a fluke. However...Last time I was there, I went inside to get something to eat but needed to use the restroom first, The manager (Owner?) told me the restrooms were both broken, the water pipes were broken. He was just rude about it so I left. Hangry.
