My second time to this Humboldt county gem. My sister and I enjoyed a flight of mostly IPAs. Our favorite was the session DIPA, and the nitro oatmeal stout. Awesome beers! Super authentic, friendly staff, and a fantastic food truck (South G kitchen) on the patio serving the best french fries EVER! The black garlic parm french fries are to die for. Can't wait to go back and have more than just a snack!!
I stopped by this brewery in Eureka, California, and let me tell you, it's like a hidden treasure chest of beer. The staff? Well, they're practically the unsung heroes here – they make the beer and the beer makes them, like some kind of magical symbiosis. A nice place with a beautiful natural wood bar. Lots, and I mean a lot, of specialty craft beer. I got there late after work, an hour until close. Bartender was pleasant and helpful. I'll have to explore a little more next time, as there is a back patio area and possibly non-alcoholic options.
