Curtain Cookin' Nook knows how to cook one of the best burgers in the area, with quality ingredients. Wagyu beef. Locally sourced greens. I was passing by at lunchtime, so I decided to stop in. They are a "food trailer." in the patio of the brewpub . I don't drink, but the brewpub looks to have a very large selection of adult beverages. Everybody was polite.. The menu looked very good. I was tempted to get the totchos, (tater tot nachos,, ), but I decided to go a little bit healthier. I decided to try the humbowl. Good cheeseburger, however: when I ask for American cheese (which is the best cheese to put on a burger), and I get cheddar, that greasy, translucent, flavorless crap, that is not acceptable. Don't try and pass off cheddar for American, and don't say you didn't hear me or whatever excuse you have. The fries were good: they are salted. Not sure what their menu means when they talk about their "seasoning". Kinda sucks that you can't just order from within the brewery, but whatevs.
