“This was my first time to Clove and I ordered the french fries and chicken tenders. The chicken tenders are high quality, the ranch and spicy sauces pair well. You definitely get a good amount for what you pay. The fries are good but I think they could do with a little bit more seasoning. The restaurant is a nice little hole in the wall mostly due to the side of town it's on. The owners are really nice and sweet people. They were nothing but kind when I put in my order! If you're a big fan of fried chicken I would definitely give this place a shot; especially if you like JJ's. This is a place I will definitely be visiting again and I recommend you give it a try!“

“Fast food stop right off Interstate 80. We usually stop here on the way from San Jose to Nevada County. It is an easy hop on/hop off stop. We usually order breakfast or the seafood tacos. The staff are friendly and service is quick. The restaurant and bathrooms are clean. They have outside tables so we can sit and have a taco with our dogs on the patio. Great for a quick rest stop, walk the dogs and a quick bite to eat.“

The lady that took my order was the daughter of Dave. I'm a sucker for nostalgia, and this place has it. I loved how everything was clean and up to date but still "ol' school" if you will. Her name was hailee, she took very good care of us.
