I feel so conflicted about this review. I was super excited when Katnas opened in my hometown and I wanted to love them so bad but my first visit left me disappointed. They're located in an old strip mall, not much around, so plenty of parking available. When I walked in, there was just one girl crocheting at the table. We heard about this place through Instagram. We made the almost 40 min drive to try them out, and we were not disappointed. They have a small dining area, and they also sell Filipino snacks, canned goods, etc. The food was really tasty, especially the kare kare and bistek. EXCELLENT FILIPINO FOOD. You may have heard of Katna's Kitchen before - that awesome Filipino spot at 626 Night Market and Foodieland or maybe have heard it from your friends/family - but here it is in its physical location, I couldn't be any happier.
