The super greens are always a favorite of mine, regardless of situation. Long day, dinner was an online order to bathe the palate. It was hot ready and the staff was considerate and quick. Thanks as always Panda!

Everything was fine, except that in order to eat we had to wait more than 15 minutes because there was no food ready! And there were a lot more people waiting so I don't think it should be called panda express!! Just panda..

Not sure about returning to this panda. I ordered online in order to avoid lines and rude service which I have experienced before at this specific panda express at gateway Blvd. In Fairfield. I received two notifications via email and text stating my order was ready. When I arrived to the restaurant, there was a line to the door. I saw the sign to pick up to go orders near the cash register and I walked there and waited. The cashier refused to acknowledge me and allowed me to stand for 10 minutes. I tried speaking up, but it resulted in continuing to be ignored. A worker from the kitchen saw me, but walked away to the back. I had to get in line and wait 15 additional minutes to get to the woman plating food. She yelled at me and was very rude to me despite me already being inconvenienced. She then wouldn't give me my food despite.me.providing the name of the order, unless I provided my phone number by telling it too her out loud in front of the whole restaurant (something I'm not comfortable with). The whole experience was horrible and humiliating for something that could have been handled better.

Oh wow! Nice, clean place with a large inside dining area. Quick, friendly staff and very efficient. Ordered a bowl and I got the order quickly.

I know I shouldn't expect much at an Americanized steam-table Chinese style restaurant, but my expectations were a little higher than what I experienced at this location. There were no customers in line when I entered. Only one table was seated eating. But alas the staff person working the steam table didn't greet me. As I stood staring at him he finally said "Can I help you?" I replied, "I'd like to taste the new chili crisp shrimp." His reply: "Sorry, we don't give any samples." Ok, the pan was almost empty and the contents looked pretty dried out anyway. I'll just go with a brown rice bowl with kung Pao chicken. He dished up a fairly small serving and rang me up. I paid and then had to ask for sriracha, a water cup, and even a fortune cookie. Needless to say, the service here leaves a lot to be desired. The rice and chicken were okay. Nothing special. I just needed a quick bite, and that it was...

I arrived and ordered the steamed greens. They told me it would be 10 mins. I sat down. Ten mins later they served 3 more customers all ordering the greens and ran out again. When I asked, she said, oh it will just be another 10 mins for more greens. I asked why I wasn't served before them, she said I was not in line...

The workers are not the problem. The management standing around texting and staring at raw green beans for 5 minutes, and the lack of cooks (one is not enough cooks for the Sunday night dinner rush), are the problem. The poor high school kids trying their hardest to coordinate the incoming orders and the walk ins while the manager walks in the back leaving the 2 counter people to field complaints and requests for updated wait times; the failure to update online order times and letting EVERYBODY who walks in the door hear, "we're kinda short staffed and slammed with orders right now, it's gonna be a long time - maybe 20 or 30 minutes," is bad enough customer service - but I stood there for 45 minutes, and watched that woman go back into the office for 30 minutes, supposedly trying to call people to come in instead of handling the meltdown in front of her. The only thing I saw her do was cook a batch of chow mein using THE PLASTIC BAG IT CAME IN to toss it in the HOT wok. The icing on the cake for me was that when I walked in, they told me my order was almost ready except for beef broccoli and orange chicken. After 35 minutes of me standing there waiting for my takeout that was almost ready, they came to me and said, "we've got everything except your beef broccoli. It's going to be a while before they finish cooking it - do you want something else?" So I said, "sure, I'll just take double orange chicken." 5 minutes later, they came and told me they were OUT of broccoli, and they were waiting on orange chicken; I stood there for a couple of minutes and said, "just give me whatever you have, my kids have been sitting in the car for 40 minutes." So they packed up whatever was on hand and handed me the bag at about the 45 minute mark. As I took the bag, the THIRD batch of orange chicken I watched get cooked was set on the divider, and the cashier asked me, "oh, do you still want orange chicken?" NO, I DO NOT. Thank you. He apologized profusely, but the damage was done.I've ordered from here a couple of times before, and each time said "never again." This time I'll stick to it. I won't be back.

The place was ok, the workers were kind of funny but it took more then 20 minutes to get helped. I when I realized how long it was taking (with 3 people ahead of me) I just walked out.
