Caprese Salad (2 stars) - no balsamic, no basil, and pretty bland. For $10 I was expecting a bit more to it than a pool of oil with a handful of lettuce, beefsteak tomatoes, and mozzarella with pesto. Short Rib Sandwich (5 stars) - sooo so good! Tender meat and good bread. Lots of flavor.

Today I went to Salvio's for the first time and was shocked at how good this Oven Roasted turkey sandwich is. The ingredients are so fresh and the bread is so soft. I substituted fresh mozzarella for the provolone and it's by far one of the best turkey pesto sandwiches I've had. Made my day a whole lot better. The portion size is also well worth the price!

I wanted to update my review to include the beautiful charcuterie I ordered for Thanksgiving. I highly recommend you treat yourself and your guests to the high quality ingredients they use. The meats and cheeses are amazing as well as the display. I will be ordering another larger one for our Christmas celebration for sure !!

Just had the best meatball sandwich I've had for as long as I can recall. And my wife's caprese salad... So good. Fresh mozz. Amazing pesto. Support this business, they deserve it and you won't regret it!

I so wanted to love Salvio's, but unfortunately I most likely will not return. My Al Italia sandwich was good although it was overpriced at $14. The ambiance was awful. The music coming from the mounted TV was so loud that I couldn't hear the person sitting two feet away. I had to ask them to turn down the music which I think they did, but then they turned it up. Maybe they used that tactic to get customers to eat and run. The saving grace was the 9 or 10 year old girl that was cashiering and serving. She was adorable and had impeccable customer service skills. We, of course, are wondering why she was working (labor laws) and not in school.

OMG, their sandwich is incredible, and their salads and desserts are so good. The only problem I have is trying to decide what to eat. The place is clean, can eat inside or takeout, the staff is friendly. And I love the music they play in the background.
