Today I went to Salvio's for the first time and was shocked at how good this Oven Roasted turkey sandwich is. The ingredients are so fresh and the bread is so soft. I substituted fresh mozzarella for the provolone and it's by far one of the best turkey pesto sandwiches I've had. Made my day a whole lot better. The portion size is also well worth the price!
I wanted to update my review to include the beautiful charcuterie I ordered for Thanksgiving. I highly recommend you treat yourself and your guests to the high quality ingredients they use. The meats and cheeses are amazing as well as the display. I will be ordering another larger one for our Christmas celebration for sure !!

Caprese Salad (2 stars) - no balsamic, no basil, and pretty bland. For $10 I was expecting a bit more to it than a pool of oil with a handful of lettuce, beefsteak tomatoes, and mozzarella with pesto. Short Rib Sandwich (5 stars) - sooo so good! Tender meat and good bread. Lots of flavor.
