Hours listed up front at the order area show they open at 10am. My son was hungry after his basketball game and wanted Subway. We show up at 10:30am on Saturday and they are supposed to be open. A woman worker while on her phone walks toward us and says "We're not open." All of the sandwich items are ready and out on display. I point to her sign that says 10am and say "so what time do you open then?" She says "11." And walks away.

So I went in with a coupon to get a sub for free buy one get one I guess I was a little bit early 20 minutes she told me to wait. I said ok no problem. Then about 20 minutes later she asked me if I'm ready and refuses to take my coupon... May I remind you this is a subway in the mall right next to another sub place.... Yeah their competition is kind of weak but they think there's something because I guess they can't take their own companies coupons. I have another coupon that says buy one get three frankly she got the easy coupon and she couldn't even do it kind of upsetting. Going to another subway now how much you wanna bet they're going to actually take my coupon and get money.

Every time I come to the subway, they end up giving me bread for a sandwich. I have to ask six times for extra vegetables. I will not ever come back to the subway, the Team Member's don't seem like they know what they're doing, nor do they seem like they have a good sense of leader ship or direction. The employees here seem to only care about hurrying up and getting you away from their stand. I don't know what happened to evenly placing the cheese across the sandwich or making sure that you didn't put just five pieces of meat on my sandwich. Never ever have I had such bad service, and never have I ever had such a bad sandwich from Subway. There's a reason why subways are a dying breed, because of one's like this.

Went in to grab some lunch and while eating we heard the manager scream at his worker . Treating him poorly . He was showing him what to do but yelling at him .

Out of all the subways I've ever visited, trust me for the last 15 years it's been a lot, this one is my absolute favorite. They take their time taking your order and make your sandwich so beautiful. Nothing ever falls out. They have never disappointment me with being out of any product and honestly I have zero complaints. The owner is always working and supporting her staff. They accept coupons without any issue and are amazing with any catering request. Worth the drive anytime.

Why do people eat this nastyness? The meats are all fake and the bread seems like it's chemically altered. Last time I was in a subway I got sick for about a week...I was trying to eat anything health so I ordered tuna. I'm not sure if there is actually tuna (the fish) in the tuna at Subway. Never again!

Absolutely the WORST Subway, I have ever been to. The owner was making the subs and you could tell she was trying her best to save on cost. Lettuce was brown, tomatoes were dry and hard. It seem like she didn't want to be there. 3 half slices of cheese on foot long sub, no spinach, like pulling her teeth to get her to put cucumber or bell pepper on a sub. I will go out of my way to warn other people not to waste their time or money at this location.

Ordered a chicken quesadilla, drove back to work and there wasn't any cheese.. just tortilla and chicken.. fml thanks guys
This worker named salverdo I thyink that's his name. Sorry if I got his name wrong, but he was so nice and great costumer service. You should have a raise and if he doesn't doesn't have a scholarship he should get one because he was so respectful and when we kept messing up our order he was so calm and nice.

I am a huge Subway fan in general. It feels fresh and healthy, and there is a good selection. I go to this Subway for my lunch break several times per week. The employees are always friendly, the wait is never long, my sandwiches are always good, and I get awesome coupons both in the mail and via text message, so I rarely pay more than $3.50 for ANY 6 inch or $6 for a foot-long. I found out today that the one on West Texas doesn't even take the mail-in coupons, which I would have been pretty upset about if I hadn't been using a phone coupon. But that is an entirely separate review. That being said, I will definitely be sticking with this one in the future, even if it is slightly embarrassing that I come here so dang much! I go through waves of favorites. Lately it is the Turkey Bacon Avocado on wheat. Before it was the Steak and Cheese with Chipotle Mayo, which is basically like a Philly Cheesesteak. The Meatball Marinara on Italian Herb and Cheese Bread with Provolone, Parmesan Cheese and dried Oregano, a TON of black olives, spinach, and green peppers is also to die for.
