Came here on Black Friday and the outlets was packed and this place was getting a lot of business so the turn around in terms of freshness should have been high. My experience was the opposite. Got some very old, cold, shriveled up pretzel bites. I only ate two and threw the rest away. Inedible.

Phenomenal service!! The cashier girl Mei was so nice and shes made my day so much better! I was having a terrible day because my friend was sleeping on my couch and my dog peed all over him and now he wont talk to me but Mei made me laugh and talked to me about the weather and it made my day a whole lot better! Pretzels were pretty good, inside is decorated very silly.

I walked into the establishment... where I was served cold old food . After taking a couple bites I complained and was told the made it 2 hours prior and that they were closing and could not do anything about it. I'm wondering why they even sold it to me to be honest. Then the asked for me to give the already partially gone pretzel back and gave me a refund. I'm also wondering how sanitary a place is that makes you give back good touched by another persons mouth. Wrote to management and was told this was normal policy

Good pretzels,terrible service they got two items on my order wrong and they had water all over floors. I had to advise them to clean it up and when they did the young lady told me she "doesn't know about my order but i need to move out of her way so she can clean the wet floor."

I have always had great customer service when I come here. The kids that work here have to deal with many questionable adults. I saw one customer spit up his pretzel on a napkin and on the counter standing in front of the cashier because he was told he could not eat in the store (which is store policy not something they just made up) he wanted a full refund and acted very childish. He even degraded everyone working there in front of all the other customers that walked in. I have seen adult customers treat these kids with horrible disrespect for things that are not their fault. They seem to be doing the best they can to serve their customers and work with what they got. Again, in my opinion the food and the customer service is great. Please keep in mind this is not an easy place to work and the small shop does get chaotic due to the sheer volume of customers sometimes. I for one will keep coming back when I need to shop at the outlets. If you want to act like a child please stay at home and do not come to this establishment. It was truly disheartening to see this type of behavior from adults over nothing.

I love this place! I go here almost everyday before work, the service was awesome, an employee named Carolyn was friendly and helpful. I am new to the area and she offered to help me with directions around! it was very kind of her. The food was awesome!!! I love this place!!! So cool to be here. (Im new to the area). (California)

Typically I have a great experience here. I'm not sure if their winter hours are different than what's posted online but I showed up 45 minutes before they said they were closed and the store was dark and empty. If you change your hours please put a sign up on your door that lets people know that your hours have shifted. As someone who also works in the same mall, it's frustrating.

Wow. Staff was giving me attitude because I asked for my drink with no ice. Also, I asked for a cup with half cinnamon pretzels half salted ones and they wouldn’t do it. Huge line, long wait, and looked chaotic in there.
