The place look clean the people that work there were very friendly , the cashier was very helpful and recommended me additional items like chips and guacamole, churros which I ended up getting.Vegetarian options: They offered some items for people that are vegetarian.Dietary restrictions: None dairy.Parking: Plenty of parking lot available .

Pulled up over an hour before their posted closing hour, and the worker hurried up and shut the door, locked it as I walked up. He gave no explanation. I walked back to my truck, and he then opened the door up for another woman who had pulled up sheet me, then went inside as they shut the lights out. Very unprofessional and unprofessional look as well.
El Pollo Loco is so good! Food is underrated—get the chicken avocado bowl and you will not be disappointed. Service is always great. Love this place.
