I had lunch here for the first time and was very satisfied with the experience. The restaurant itself is clean and nicely furnished. The waiter was friendly and the food came out quickly. The Hot and Sour soup was among the best I've ever had, and the pork pot stickers were very good (a bit more "sear" on the dumplings would have been ideal) - complimented by the uniquely flavorful dipping sauce. I will certainly be back to try more of their dishes and I would definitely recommend this restaurant to those looking for good-quality Chinese food in a pleasant environment. Bon a petit!

I’m not sure what these other reviewers are talking about but this had to be the worst Chinese food I’ve ever eaten. The potstickers looked like they came from Trader Joe’s, the crab/cheese fried wonton were burnt, the cashew chicken was greasy and the fried rice looked like it came prepackaged and heated up in a microwave. $67 for what ended up looking and tasting like microwaved food. Criminal.

Thank you to the poster, on Folsom chat, for directing us to Folsom Palace. We recently moved to Folsom, and have been searching for great Hot n Sour soup and Chinese Restaurant-and Finally have located this gem!! The Hot & Sour Soup is BEST ever!! Met and exceeded my expectations. It was delicious, thick but not thickened with cornstarch & broth, but thickened with flavor from the plentiful meat, tofu and veggies. Hubby chose their Won ton soup, and it was equally as delicious and flavorful. Fabulous won tons, clear broth full of flavor, and again fresh veggies-not some leftover not quite ripe, past their prime veggies-BUT fresh!! We also shared the Hong Kong style crispy noodles with chicken and fresh veggies! Yum!! The restaurant was nice, decorated, with bar and dining tables. A brisk take out business, did not interfere with our dining experience. I have driven by this little gem-many times, but now I will be a regular, dedicated customer of their wide variety menu, and will always recommend this restaurant for the BEST Hot & Sour Soup EVER!! Also, great wine list. Yummm

The food is delicious ? My 11 year old son would not stop raving about how good it is!He said how impressive it was & how quickly we got our order. We were dumbfounded by the large portions. Everything was Devine. Every one enjoyed our meal. We will definitely be going here again.

The most delicious honey walnut prawns. Their chow mein is tasty and pot stickers are sumptuous. It's a quaint little spot. The servers are nice and friendly. One of our new favorite spots.

I used to hate Chinese food and then we found this place. It's the best in Folsom, we get delivery almost every week! Everyone is always so sweet too - such a nice family owned company. Some of my favs - Beijing beef, salt and pep prawns, chicken lettuce wraps with extra hot mustard, long bao dumplings, veg chow mein, lemon chicken.. the list goes on! You must try!

We were welcomed with a smile, and staff stopped by to check on us a few times during our meal. The flavors were excellent without being overbearing.

Pretty slow on a Saturday around 2pm. The staff was busy in the back but we weren't attended to for some time. Once our party arrived, we quickly ordered the following: +Pot Stickers: comes with 6 big pieces. These were pretty flavorful. + Hot & Sour Soup: this soup was super dark and a little on the spicier side. There was a slight fishy taste to it. I've had better so I'm not sure I recommend it. + Sesame Chicken: this is my favorite dish to order but this restaurant provided a slight different flavor. It was more peppery than sweet; which I am used to. The chicken pieces were crunch and excessively large. I would have like smaller bite sized pieces. + Walnut Prawns: the prawns were huge. They tasted like your average walnut prawns. + Chicken Chow Mein: the family attacked this dish so I'm assuming it was delish. I don't think this cuisine is purely Chinese. I felt that there were some Malaysian elements which changed the taste of my typical dishes. All in all, it was a nice feast with the family.
