The food was great. Everything was clean, quick and delicious. The service was amazing, a young man named tyson was so kind and helped us to what we wanted to order and had a big smile along the way. 5 stars!

Somehow I've went here a 3 different occasions one time at 9:54 , 10:03 , 10:01 on all times they are somehow close even though it says open till 11pm , and they are inside just doing nothing I don't think if the manager and all the employees agreed to do nothing but stand there for an hour or something but it's weird how they do not stay open to their business hours

We didn't actually get to eat the food because we were charged more than $5 over what the drive thru and online menu stated the price was. So when we asked the already snotty cashier about it, she responded by telling us that the prices were recently increased and both menus were wrong. We tried to explain to her that this can't be, and is actually not legal in California, but she insisted that it was fine and we were just making a big deal over $6. (Practically nothing or a whole other meal depending on how you want to look at it) So, we asked her to void the transaction and refund the full amount back to my card. But she proceeded to take money from the register to give us, without voiding the transaction or refunding the order in the system, instead of putting the money back on the card we paid with as I asked. When I pointed this out, wondering how that's going to work out for her, she printed out a duplicate receipt of the original transaction and as she handed it to me said the money will be going to back to my card within three to five days, and I can give her back the money, but I wasn't going to give her the cash back because she never produced a receipt showing a reversal of funds to the card and when we called our bank to flag the action because it was so unusual they said it was super suspicious behavior that they have seen before when some dishonest people use their position as cashiers to scam money and or card information from customers. I just wanted a corn dog and a root beer , in the end We had to replace our bank card and didn't get to eat our corn dogs and drink our root beers.

.To my disbelief, they served us chicken that was completely rotten!!Despite the mixed reviews, I had expected better from a well-known chain like KFC. Thankfully, I went to get a piece first before serving it to my nephew and 2-year-old, and immediately realized this. Unfortunately, I didn't capture a photo as evidence, as the chicken went straight into the trash.Please please everyone save yourself from food poisoning and check the chicken before taking a bite.

Just had the worst experience of any fast food place. Website says this location closes at 11:00pm. I arrived in the drive-thru at 9:51pm. I heard a recording saying they were close. I thought nothing of it thinking the hours on Google were incorrect. As I drove through I noticed the hours stated they close at 10:00pm. I also observed a minivan with a woman in front of the store who was backing up and headed to drive thru. Thinking maybe the recording was engaged prematurely I got in line watched them take the lady’s order. She pulled up I watched her get her food and even made eye contact with staff. (A woman blond hair thicker in statute). They never came to the speaker. I can’t help but to notice that I am African American and I hate to go there but what else could it be? I shouldn’t even have to guess what the reason was because it should’ve at least been explained to me why they couldn’t serve me. This was just not right. And yes the woman in the minivan was white and I’m sorry to put this out there but I’ve never felt more wronged then tonight. All they had to do was tell me they couldn’t serve me.

THIS PLACE SUCKS!!!!! Went here on my 30 minute lunch and I was late back to work because it took 25 minutes to get my food!!!! AND THEN WHEN I GOT MY FOOD IT WAS NOT EVEN CORRECT!!! You guys suck and I don’t understand how hard it is to make 2 sandwhiches. Will NEVER be coming back to this location. I hope you people can find some brain cells in this place and get it operating at a level it should be.
I placed a thanksgiving turkey order in person and saw their value menu poster. I just had to try their mini mash bowl and 3 wings and biscuit. The mini mash bowl was delicious! The chicken wings were crispy, juicy and flavorful. KFC will definitely be part of our evening dinner rotation!
