Delicious pizza! They slightly burned one of our pizzas, we still loved it and they even gave us another to apologize for it being burnt! Very nice people and great service, food was out quickly and we had a great time
With COVID19 it seems we have lost quite a few of those little "Mom and Pops" places that really made this place special, like the awesome fish and chips from Placerville Brewery and countless others. Folsom however has a rising star that has outlasted COVID19 and continues to deliver outstanding brews and now even a more delightful offering, Kombi Pizza Company. Wow very impressed with the service. Stephan and his wife has got this down to a science!! I ordered a Hawaiian and a Stromboli and both excellently cooked in his wood fired oven. The pizza is a 8.1 all day in the Dave Portnoy one bite scale. The Stromboli is cooked to perfection and in that scale is a 8.2!!!! Good job the beer at the Red bus is very tasty and you have to try all varieties. While I wait, I hydrate...... for my pizza to cook!!!!
