I have never received such a disappointing bagel…. From a bagel shop. In what world is this acceptable? Absolutely awful. The bagel is completely burnt, so much so there is a hole in the top. The line took forever and then this is what we got. We’ve been coming here and everything keeps getting worse and worse until this today… just awful overall. Go to a small mom and pop shop instead.

Today was the third time I ordered delivery from this location where the reciept on the outside of the bag was correct but the order inside the bag was completely wrong! I've ordered delivery about 6 times in the last 6 months so this location is packing about 50% of your orders accurately. I have brought the order back personally other times & the staff at this location wad helpful and quick with fixing the order. I do not have time to fix the issue today and I am frustrated with the wasted time & delivery charges.

I've been here multiple times for breakfast, lunch, or whenever I just feel like eating a great bagel. The store's been here for a few years now. The place is clean and the service is always friendly. I love the bagel sandwiches and the different varieties of bagels especially the cinnamon and raisin. Will be back for sure.

This place is ok.I've never been there and actually come across a pleasant employee. My daughter goes quite a bit more than I and says the same thing.It's pricy as well. So if I go, I'd like to be helped by someone a bit more pleasant. It can be so off-putting that you feel uncomfortable ordering any more than just basics because asking any questions gets uncomfortable, and they always have a hurry and order air about them.

In the past Noah's was one of the best bagel shops around but unfortunately not anymore. especially the Folsom location. I tried to give them several chances, but every time it has been so disappointing not only the bagels, but their customer service is absolutely horrendous. They literally point out to you to tip them when they have such bad attitude. Their bagels are so small with barely any cream cheese, and if you ask for any help, you seem to inconvenience the workers and they just walk away.
This has to be the prettiest Noah's bagels I've ever stepped into. I was shocked at how nice the restaurant looked! It was 8 am and the restaurant was packed. I found the service to be quick and efficient. The cashier was friendly. How nice to have this business here!

First time visited here recently to pick up a dozen bagels for breakfast with family visiting. I arrived just after opening with my sister. I was surprised at how many early birds were already inside waiting for their orders. The line moved fairly quickly and we were assisted in a friendly and welcome manner being first timers at this location. It's been a few years for me since I visited a Noah's bagel. My sister suggested we all try the pretzel bagel and Ohhhhh myyYYYYyyyy gooooOOODnesss!!! The cinnamon raisin and the everything bagel has always been my 2 favorite bagel choices for as long as I can remember dating more than 3 decades or more! However Yes I now have a new favorite bagel! The pretzel bagel tastes just like a pretzel and is perfectly created! The next time I go in I'm going to take the bagel home, toast it and try with peanut butter and jelly! My favorite way to enjoy a bagel! Yummers!

I was greeted right when I walked in && they were quick to get my order out! The lady helping me greeted me with a smile && reminded me of the rewards I had so I got to get a free bagel & cream cheese! Starting my day going to Noah’s Bagels in Folsom is always the way to go!!!
