“Sometimes you go to a restaurant and it's really good, great even. More often than not you want to relive that experience so you go back and it just isn't the same as that first time. Well, having been to Manderes more than a few times now I can confirm that the food and service is consistently great. “I am not a huge poster, and only do this when something really steps over the line from a really good experience to a truly great experience. There is a lot of good to great moves with Riley's taking over Hacienda, but my focus will be on Chef David's elevation of the food experience at Riley's. Chef David has added a burger, the Campagna Waygu burger, that quite literally could be the best burger in the Greater Sacramento area. Don't think it is only about this burger, all their food has been significantly elevated with Chef David at the helm in the kitchen. However, the Campagna is a masterpiece, with a near perfect compostion with the bun, patty, fixings, and sauces exquisitely paired in perfect proportion. This compostion leads to a flavor experience the blows the doors off any other "sit-down" establishment burger. The use of crispy prosciutto in lieu of bacon provides a salty, fatty, crunch astutely complimenting the melty, butteryness of the marscapone-gorgonzola cheese with a fig jam that rounds out the complex flavors with a perfect pinch of sweetness. Add in Chef David wonderfully seasoned Waygu patty that he and his team cook to a perfect medium temp, and this burger will head straight to the top of your burger list too. “We’ve tried every fried rice, curry and noodle dishes on the menu here, everything is so tasty! My favorite are their Pad Thai and Panang Curry. Hands down the best Thai in Folsom area, they deserve 5 stars. The owners are super friendly and nice too. Highly recommended!“
“Soups (especially the clam chowder) are good and the salads are very good. They have a great variety of sandwiches and I have tried several of them over the last two months. I haven't EVER been disappointed! The food is simply better than most other sandwich shops, and the staff here are friendly as well. :-)“
“Tried this place for a lunch a few days ago as we were looking for a quick bite to eat during the lunch hour and so glad we did. The pizza was good and overall had good flavor and the combo special 2 slices and a drink for $12.00 was not a bad deal. Overall the ambiance was small town pizza place with limited seating and more of take out or perhaps delivery place than an eat in place. The service was awesome!! Within the 35 to 40 minutes we were there the employees came by our table 3 times to see if we needed anything or had questions. On their last check in they offered us some coupons for our next visit which I thought was very nice. We certainly liked the pizza and will be back in when in the area again looking to eat pizza or grab a quick bite. Definitely a solid place for pizza.“
“Chick Fil A is a go to establishment. Always delicious always great service. I love their diet frosted lemonade, or the holiday shakes they have. Also if you like mango flavor they have the mango diet frosted drink which is also good. Chick Fil A also provides excellent catering packages for a party or business meeting. Try grilled nuggets over a side salad for fewer calories.Kid-friendliness: Kids love it.“
“The tomato soup is the best I've ever had! Promise you it won't disappoint. So flavorful and there is a little kick to it but just enough. The fresh bake bread is flaky on the outside and chewy on the inside, goes so well the soup! The sandwiches are delicious and the quantity is fresh! No soggy bread here!“
“Love the BLT's here! Add avocado and it's addictive! From time to time they have "Day Old" bread that's $1, and sometimes it's FREE! Take it home and put it in the freezer for later, it's better than any store bought loaves.“

“Really good pizza--gluten free is pretty darn good. I recently had a bunch of Pizzas delivered to SeaQuest for a party. I thought that SeaQuest would accept the pizzas but they don't. The Pizza Guys delivery man waited for 20 minutes until I realized that he was outside waiting. Super nice guy! The delivery guys are always very cool.“
“Decided to venture out of Lodi to taste the deliciousness of Slice House. As soon as I told my friends about the new pizza place with the same owners of Pizza Rock in Sacramento, there was no question that we needed to make the trip. The restaurant was extremely busy as we expected, we only had to wait 20 to 30 minutes for our pizza pies. The customer service was superior and even though the restaurant appeared a little bit small with the indoor seating, the evening was perfect to eat out on the patio as we watched the sunset. We will definitely be back! Our pies were cooked to perfection...so tasty!“

“Ordered a sandwich through doordash and ended up receiving the wrong item. I put in a second order and called the store to explain that they’d see the same order come through twice but it was intentional and not like a system error or something. I spoke with Kyle who was super apologetic and offered a refund. I was trying to work that out through doordash already so I said it was fine and he promised he’d make sure I received the correct order this time. I received the second order and it was correct and he threw in a couple of cookies for me as well. I just really appreciated his kindness and effort to make it right for me as I didn’t want to be annoying with that phone call haha. “I've been studying at the temple coffee shop next door pretty much every day. And I come here to get a quick and cheap meal to fill me up as I study. The food is just that: cheap, quick, and good. Not the best obviously! But for 7$ it's hard to complain. My most recent visit was on 9/9/23 at 5:35. There were only two employees doing the work of 3-4 people. So please either hire more people or give them a raise! They were taking orders and cooking as fast as possible to keep up with customers.“
