The customer service was friendly and the place was very clean. I got a pastrami sandwich to go. I noticed usually they weigh the pastrami, this time it wasn't. when I got home I felt it had barely any pastrami. it was all bread. Disappointing, I was looking forward to the melt in your mouth pastrami!!!
I don't go out of my way to rate chain restaurants. Since Togos is franchised I would like to say my experience today was great. I came in a bit before the lunch hour so there was no wait. I ordered the #9 hot pastrami with everything. The woman making the sandwich was very friendly and extremely fast. The restaurant was exceptionally clean unlike other reviews I've read about it. The service is very friendly and accommodating! I really enjoyed chatting with the staff and the sandwich I ordered was phenomenal! Would highly recommend this place, I know I'm definitely going back!
