Togo's is always a good choice for a sandwich. I think it does depend on how busy they are and who makes the sandwich weather it is a good or great experience.

The service is very friendly and accommodating! I really enjoyed chatting with the staff and the sandwich I ordered was phenomenal! Would highly recommend this place, I know I'm definitely going back!

The customer service was friendly and the place was very clean. I got a pastrami sandwich to go. I noticed usually they weigh the pastrami, this time it wasn't. when I got home I felt it had barely any pastrami. it was all bread. Disappointing, I was looking forward to the melt in your mouth pastrami!!!

Cannot believe how unprofessional the staff is at this location. Young man working, who is serving food with his pants completely off his waist, showing more than anybody would like to see. I threw my meal away and will never ever go into this establishment again who do you think you are?Note to owners: you should pay attention to your business because I’m sure there are many people this would not bother, but there is 51% of us that this absolutely annoys

I asked for no onions and no pepperoncinis. They gave me onions and no pickles and one tomato and extra sauce. This dude looked lit.

Just ate a #23 Salami and Provolone sandwich. The bread was stale. The rest of the ingredients were fine. First time there, never coming back. I walked in, the lady didn't greet me. I should have just left.

I was not happy with a sandwich I had asked for a roast beef and avocado sandwich with lettuce pickles tomatoes and onions hardly any lettuce one tomato lots of pickles a little bit of onion and I asked for avocado there was no avocado on it whatsoever she told me there was I sent the owner a picture of it would not refund my money tell me to bring the sandwich back I didn’t want to Drive over there to take a sandwich back I just got home from running around I was tired do it shouldn’t have to do it I paid $14 for a sandwich It was dry not happy and the owner would not do anything when He offered me a percentage 10% him to give me a percentage off and free avocado and my next sandwich that’s not what you do we used to go to that toco all the time I’ve never had such bad sandwich making will never go there again

One or two months ago I found all very good--food, staffers, prices (okay....), location, and kick-backness. It became my No. 1 shop.

A 50 cent surcharge because I wanted chips with the daily deal and not a drink is a way to nickel and dime yourself out of a possible repeating customer. I’ve been to other Togos that don’t do this. I would encourage people to go elsewhere.

I don't go out of my way to rate chain restaurants. Since Togos is franchised I would like to say my experience today was great. I came in a bit before the lunch hour so there was no wait. I ordered the #9 hot pastrami with everything. The woman making the sandwich was very friendly and extremely fast. The restaurant was exceptionally clean unlike other reviews I've read about it. I mentioned it to her and she thanked me kindly. The sandwich was fresh the pastrami was hot and I was very satisfied. My only issue, and this is common at many sandwich places, is I had two ends of the sandwich with all bread, toppings and no meat. But that's not too bad. I don't need the carbs...

This Togo's like many other Togos' are teamed with Baskin Robbins sharing retail space. 2fer ice cream and sandwiches!! The dining room is pretty large. They even have outdoor seating I dropped in the other day with the hubs to grab a sandwich. He was hankering for a pastrami sandwich. He prefers Togos pastrami over JM which happens to be across the street. Togos pastrami is lean, flavorful, and shaved thin. They serve it your choice of hot or cold. The meat serving was a decent size, no skimping here. Toppings were fresh. Classic Togo sandwich done right. Customer service is great. We were greeted as we walked in. I noticed a lot of regulars walking in and staff greeting them by name and chatting them up.

First time at this location. It's a Togos/Baskin Robbins combo on Bidwell. Lots of parking in front, easy to find. The employee was not friendly and did not listen to what I was saying. I had to repeat everything I said. And she kept telling me what she was putting on my sandwich instead of asking me my preference. Sandwich was average at best. $15 for a sandwich, small chips and small soda. It was also dirty inside the restaurant and very cold inside. Probably won't come back to this one.

Staff was friendly. Portions of meat are getting smaller everytime I go. Too bad togos. I have been going to togos for over 45 years. I remember when...
