Ive gone here the last two mornings trying to get breakfast and nobody comes to the drive thru window this place sucks might as well close if you don't want to take orders and serve food

My visit here was nice, it was great that I was able to drive my van in the drive threw which was awesome. The food was delicious but the server took alittle while to acknowledge that I was there waiting in the drive threw but I guess it was because the business was kinda slow at the time..Overall a good visit and appreciate the efficient service Thank you for the nice visit..

So disappointing!!! my fries were cold and tasted very old. My chicken sandwich was still cold in the center and the chicken was almost crunchy. It was so undercooked. I called 11 times trying to reach someone to file a complaint and no one ever answered the phone. All you get is a message that the voicemail hasn’t been set up. I was absolutely furious won’t be back here ever.

Lobby closed due to short staff. Also drive closed at 6pm on a Sunday. Seems like Wendy's is having a more difficult time maintaining a staff to work there locations. Both Folsom locations are having the same exact issues.

No ketchup in dine area dispensers,6 pm no customers dirty tables loud talk in back but no clerk in front.Young woman approach started to take order had to repeat everything twice. Asked for a side of the special new sauce and the girl was freaking out 'what sauce???,I don't know,hmmmm I have to ask" took 2 min and ended up with a pc cup of green water like substance was horrible.,Went to order another chic sandwich and the guy in charge had to ask the girl who new nothing, how to ring it up???? ,There was not one ounce of customer service displayed Thru out the time spent there.Food like warm, Fries soft no edge to them.

Place was nice and clean. Frys and Frosty very good. Burger was ok, but other than good veggies on it, not really special. Price definitely not special though. $16 for combo means you can get a better, tastier burger combo at sit down restaurant like Chili's for less money, so are paying extra for convenience.

Your employees Jorge keeps coming into Carl’s Jr drunk before his shifts and acting like a fool he isn’t allowed to go in there and have been told multiple time and still goes in and gets aggressive.

Under staffed and struggling to make an order in 20 minutes. I really feel sorry for the employees that are there trying to make it work.
Not sure what was going on here but I think the workers were either on drugs, not all there or a couple of dudes who hijacked the store, with the real workers tied up in the closet. The dudes working could not get our order right kept asking us to pay when we already paid, then asked us if they gave our card back. After all this they did not give us our full order and seemed confused about what we ordered. Almost afraid for my life.

So ... There are two Wendy's in Folsom. This is not my favorite. They often mess up parts of my order. I think they are understaffed (like most these days). I have not eaten in the restaurant but only have used the drive thru. Have been there multiple times and probably will be back but I try to go to the other location when I can.

This location is on its death bed. I love Wendy's but after the pandemic this location has not been staffed properly. It's scary seeing only one person manning the location. The other location in Folsom is also not good. we need a good Wendy's in town!
