Horrible customer service. The prices on the menu don't state clearly that it's 3 tacos per serving. When we asked about price he was very rude. I wish I got his name, he was a white gentleman. Never coming here again.

Purchased a chicken bowl and it had multiple pieces of Carne Asada. I have major negative effects when consuming meat I spoke with the Manager Alondra Osorio I was told "we cannot guarantee cross contamination" they refused to issue refund do to payment card not on hand. Manager was extremely insensitive in regards to the situation and the rest of the team acted very childish to a serious situation.

Avocado guacamole was black meaning not very fresh . Chicken was poor quality with rough bits . Really unsatisfied, this one is closer to my house then the other location at Riverside plaza . Maybe I'll try again in near future and black guacamole was just a fluke .

Guacamole tasted old. If you order a bowl your gonna get a kid size serving unless you ask for double (way to make you pay for more) salad is all spinach leafs not a mixture.
Check your food before you leave because employees here aren't doing there job properly. I'm a truck driver who orders on the App and multiple times I pick up my food it's not even complete. This time half the bowl was empty. Last time they didn't leave utensils. How are you supposed to eat your food on the go if they don't even give you a damn spoon and when they do half your food is gone?!?

We ate inside in the dining room and it is absolutely freezing cold in there and it was last month when I went there as well. I thought the heater was broke then but apparently not they just keep it in the 50s. I will not be going back.
