I am extremely dissatisfied with this establishment. They not only messed up mine and my brother's order the first time around by serving undercooked fish, but on our return visit, they gave us red snapper instead. When we went back again, the cook had the audacity to confront my brother, insisting that the incorrect order was actually red snapper. This behavior is unacceptable and amounts to nothing short of harassment.

I was exited to eat at this establishment I ordered jambalaya 3piece chicken and 5shrimp. Got my daughter the chicken Po boy. It all looked great on the TV menu we were all excited to try paid around $50 for the both of us which I thought slightly high but that would mean quality must be high so you would think the chicken breading was hard taste was ok,the five shrimp were rubbery taste good,the jambalaya was horrible watered down had no taste I was expecting bold taste , flavorable, try no taste chicken looked old over cooked the andoie sausage overcooked no taste shrimp rubbery and was very watery now here is the best part my daughter had Chicken Po boy. She said it was not that bad then she found a hair in sandwich she did not finish it of course it to bad I was hoping this spot would have been good good luck I feel like I got ripped off a little for the price it should have to tasted better I

It's so sad to see that the cooks here can't cook chicken correctly. I ordered a 16 piece chicken combo meal and all of the chicken was dark brown and hard. Anyone could see that the chicken was OVER COOKED!!!! They box up your food, put it in a plastic bag, hand it to you, before you get a chance to see how it was cooked. The only decent item with this meal is the rolls........

This is the only place that I go to get chicken and all of i.e. Kool-Aid peach cobbler the pecan pies everything is on point!

I was disappointed quite frankly. I saw the place is black owned and black employees cooking, serving, etc I figured the chicken, mac and cheese would be fire. Instead, the chicken was not spicy and seasoned as the other Fontana location and the mac and cheese had barely any flavor or cheese. Will not be coming back. The mashed potatoes was very good. That was the only highlight.Very nice service though.
I got the grandkids from school and asked them what would you like today. (Catfish and shrimp combo). Definitely a good choice. Great service and food

First time going and was very disappointed at the customer service. The lady in the front was rude to the customer patiently waiting for their meal. Sad to see she was rude to me as well. She was only nice to people her own race. This is a Mexican community, and you better get your shit together.

The best fried chicken I have had in forever! Sides were also great collards especially, but also potato salad and Mac and cheese. Shrimp were crispy and perfectly cooked, and hot sauce just the right mix of spice and vinegar. Service was friendly and helpful, offered suggestions as well as checked multiple timesIf we needed anything despite this being a counter service restaurant. We were so excited we took jambalaya and gumbo home for later, and can't wait to come back again soon
