“My favorite sandwich place! Love the number 24. They put lots of fresh avocado mash on it. It is the best. Their bread is fresh and soft. The environment was clean and the people that work there are very friendly. I ordered online today and it was ready to go when I walked in to pick it up.“

“When I arrived after a 3 hour trip, I washed my hands in the bathroom, and came out to find a man in line waiting for service with his young son. I happily waited behind the two and while they did wait a moment to be helped, the man was immediately rude to the staff insisting “now that they’ve made me wait” he’s going to customize an order instead of whatever his previous plan was. One staff began helping prepare their order and the other staff asked to assist me with mine. When that happened the man snapped and demanded that staff attend to his son’s order instead. The staff explained that they are being helped but this man wanted everyone to listen to him raise his voice even more into what I can only describe as an air raid horn, yelling at the girl who was going to make my order. When I saw the staff’s explanations and situational management weren’t resolving this man’s attitude, I suggested the girl just make this son’s order instead of mine. The man had already begun spiraling demanding that he speak to a manager and report these staff and I explained to the man that there’s no reason because they are all going to tend to his orders first. He continued to rebuke these efforts and while he was encouraged to calm down and refrain from berating everyone in the Subway, as he proceeded to rope me into the situation, his son turned away to avoid looking at the situation or his father’s overreactions. While this man continued to laugh and scream like a pterodactyl the staff remained calm and composed while still trying to tend to this order. When the man ultimately decided that this location wasn’t getting his business, he turned his focus from getting the manager’s contact information to personally verbally attacking both the staff and me. From the way he acted to the way he carried himself I know this is the kind of person with an incredible amount of trauma to heal from on a journey I don’t think he’s yet afforded to travel. We are all ordering Subway. No one is above another. No one ever deserves to be spoken down to and the example set for a younger generation does more harm than an order not being received. He was right. He doesn’t deserve this Subway. But when he does, it’ll be delicious. And served fairly for all to enjoy.“

“I come here a couple times during the week and the worker Lucio always makes my sandwiches very neat & with care . Never messy or always feeling rushed . He takes his time with everyone’s orders and makes sure they have a great experience . If new to the Subway ask for Lucio . He makes the best sandwiches 💯“
